Having hosted 3000+ events in over 10 Years, we know the kiddos are going to have a blast; Our goal is to ensure that your event is stress free and that you actually enjoy the event too. Just show up with the cupcakes, camera, and kiddos, and enjoy!

Our Signature V.I.P & Super Saver VIP + Birthday Packages Include 2.5 Hours of After Hours Exclusive Private Use of the entire facility with Unlimited Adults! That’s right, we are closed to the public just for your event.

Our Signature VIP $995 Includes Everything below for up to 16 children…

  • A Full Service Party Coordinator who will provide the Setup, Clean Up, Timing, Corralling, Pizza Delivery, Serving, Cake Cutting, Car packing, and more!
  • Child’s choice of Theme banner, plates, napkins for the children with White Plates, Napkins, Cups and Utensils  for the adults 
  • Numeric Candle and Numeric Mylar balloon
  • 1 Juice box, 1 Dry snack, 1 Chocolate/Vanilla Hoodsie Ice-cream cup per child per child (Variety of Nut Free, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Organic, Vegan Options Available)
  • Six Large 16″ Cheese Pizzas cut into 12 slices (72 Slices) $2.50 per topping (Dough Contains Egg but can be made without with advance notice)
  • 1 Melissa and Doug “OnTheGo” Item per child
  • Half Dozen 12” Mixed Color Latex Balloons
  • 1 Case of Mini water bottles for the Adults
  • 5 visit punch card for the birthday child

Our Signature SUPER SAVER VIP + $1495 is designed to save you even more time, money and effort by including up to 24 children and More Food for the Adults. You choose a 1/2 tray of each category from Giovanni’s Catering Menu (Salad, Appetizer, Main Course, & Side). Plus, you’ll also get 5 More visits for the birthday child ($225 value).

Weekday evening party, you say? Did you know that weekday evening parties tend to gather more children than weekend events and include a $100 Discount for Monday -Thursday. Yup, but check with your guests and you’ll see; parents are typically busy on the weekends and love after school/after work early evening parties since they don’t interfere with weekend plans.
We don’t count babies under 8 months, but older kids yes, they always play and usually partake in the snacks and party favors!  Average party size here is around 12 children with about 16-20 being ideal comfort depending on ages! Each additional child only $25
$250 -$500 deposit is required upon party booking and is 100% fully refunded if canceled 30 days prior to the date of reservation.

Party Room 1 is available at 4pm for Private events 7 Days a week

MAY – SEPTEMBER

Party Room 1 is available at 10 am and 4 pm

Party Room 2 is available at 1 pm

PLEASE READ OUR PARTY GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING:  

Parties are typically 2.5 hours (Private); approximately 1 hour or so of play in the play areas followed by 1 hour or so in a party room. You and your guests can return to play if time permits which will allow us to begin cleaning the room and preparing all of your items for departure as this can usually take some time.

Safety and Sanitation is our #1 concern, therefore, it is required that you read, review and agree to our party guidelines below so that you understand how parties unfold here and what is expected of you and your guests to ensure that the proper expectations have been set.  Once finished, please reply to this email with “Date and time are correct and I have read and agree to your guidelines” only after you have read this in its entirety and to confirm the details are correct.  Additionally, on your initiations, please inform your guests that we are a “NO SHOES” facility and that they should bring socks.

Please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes early; you will likely NOT have access to the party room for any decorating or set up until your scheduled time.  Don’t worry, we will assist you with your entire setup.  Upon your arrival, please come in and let us know you are here so that we may assist you with bringing in any items from your vehicle on our push carts.  Please note however, we would kindly ask you to limit your own decorations to balloons and tableware;  we can not allow anyone in your group to stand on chairs or benches to hang or tape banners/decorations as well as….

  • NO Confetti including confetti balloons, crafts, glitter, glue, crayons, markers, etc.! Not only does this make our jobs difficult, they are choking hazards.
  • NO Wall or Ceiling decorations; table décor and balloons only (Customized banners are ok so long as our staff tape it on)
  • We highly discourage balloon arches since they require hanging and represent a safety risk.
  • NO rearranging of our tables, benches, et cetera.
  • NO Balloons allowed in the play areas, only in the private party room.
  • Goodie Bags and balloons if offered should be given out at the end of your party as guests are leaving to ensure these items do not enter the play areas.

You may bring/order additional outside food and (non-Alcoholic) beverages to our facility, however, food and beverages are NOT allowed in the play areas, only in your private party room.  We do have a refrigerator and freezer, however we do not have an oven nor do we allow the use of Sternos (fire) for keeping food hot.  This is worth reiterating: We do NOT allow Sternos (fire) or Alcohol!!! 

We recommend Giovanni’s Pizza on Main Street in Woburn (781) 932-1331 or www.giovanniswoburn.com.  Feel free to add on pizzas through us for $14.99 each ($2.50 per topping) and $23.99 each for Gourmet Pizzas (Veggie, Buffalo Chix, Meat Lovers, Et cetera) or you may order yourself directly from Giovanni’s, or from any restaurant you  prefer.  Don’t worry, we will order for you.  If you decide to order anything additional yourself, we suggest….

  • Ordering your pizza a few days prior to the event. 
  • Request a delivery about 45 minutes after your party is scheduled to begin. 
  • Request pizzas be cut into 12 slices (8 is too large and 16 slices are too flimsy). 

We want every child’s party to be special including the child’s party who is scheduled after yours; Please make every effort to exit the private party room promptly on time to avoid an additional charge of $50.  We kindly discourage opening gifts as this usually results in needing additional time.  

Please note the following information and please convey it to your guests who have not visited us before…..

We recommend ages 6/7 months to 6/7 years old.  Older children are welcome to attend your party just as adults are, but the majority of play structures are designed and built for much younger children; children older than 7 years old should not play on most toys and structures due to height and weight restrictions recommended by the manufacturer, however, there are many other things for them to do such as shoot hoops, build the magnetic wall, and entertain the younger children.  The birthday child(ren), infants, older playing children are all counted toward your guests as are non playing children who will be receiving juice, snacks, hoodsies, and party favors provided by us.  It is highly anticipated that you set this expectation when inviting your guests who might have older siblings.  Additional children are $25 each.

  • Your guests can NOT drop off a child; they must stay and supervise that child.  
  • NO SHOES or STROLLERS are allowed in the playground.  Socks are not required, but encouraged, and are also available for sale in the playground.
  • Guest’s shoes, strollers, diaper bags, et cetera, should NOT be kept in your private party room since those guests might return to play and items left in the room need to be removed promptly to assist the next party.  Additionally, these items greatly decrease the amount of safe seating and standing space and also restrict our ability to serve you better and create multiple tripping hazards. We have a coat room for storing those items.  Don’t worry, we will greet your guests as you are playing, but please do NOT encourage guests to store items in your room.
  • Absolutely NO ADULTS are to use any of the toys, tunnels, slides, etc.. and are especially forbidden to go inside the Inflatable device.  Children are also required to remove any eyewear, tiaras, fairy wings, toys, etc., upon entering the inflatable device.  Other places allow this so we understand your confusion, but allowing adults or eyewear into the Inflatable is unsafe and can result in serious injury to a child.

Payment of the balance is expected by the end of your event and we do not store your original credit payment information which means we will need a physical card again before your departure.  Your deposit for a party reservation will only be 100% refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to the date of reservation.  This policy protects us as we find it very difficult to book another party reservation with such short notice. 

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS:

VinKari Safari thrives when inclement weather occurs, therefore, it is our intention to remain open when we are expected to receive unfavorable outdoor play conditions.  Typically, unless the MA Governor declares a travel ban, or our property management company deems our parking lot or property unsafe, or we feel the conditions are not safe enough to operate, we intend to be open.  

If you or we feel the need to reschedule your event due to a severe weather prediction, we will do our best to offer you multiple alternatives.  Since our normal party slots are typically fully booked weeks and months in advance, rescheduled events are typically made up on A-typical time slots.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee originally scheduled Saturday parties will be offered the following Saturday or that originally scheduled Sunday parties will be offered the following Sunday, or that the originally requested private party room will be the same private party room offered.  Rest assured, we will do our absolute best to offer to reschedule your event on the subsequent weekends with a few dates and times to choose from.
